Your reservation requires a deposit of 50% to hold your spot. We understand how life can require us to change our plans so you may cancel with 48 hours advance notice for a full refund -- no questions asked. Likewise you can reschedule within the 48 hour timeframe with no penalty. In the event we cancel your balloon ride due to inclement weather or other safety considerations your deposit, again, is completely refundable or you may decide to simply reschedule.
